I love love love the Urban Decay liquid liners. All of them are shimmery except for perversion which is just a plain matte black. They offer a huge range of awesome colours.
Aside from Urban Decay, the only other brand I see that has a line of colourful liquid liners is MAC, but I don’t think those are any good when compared to UD. The consistency of the UD liners are perfect in my opinion. They aren’t thick and goopy like the MAC liquid last liners so I don’t have to wait a day for them to dry. I have pretty sensitive eyes and the brush that comes with the liners aren’t poky unlike the again… MAC liquid last liners.
The eyeliners are very long lasting and don’t budge, chip, flake, smudge, or flake. These are monolid/hooded lid approved [by me]!

I can’t really say that these are perfect though. Why? The packaging. Oh Urban Decay, your packaging is so interesting but they aren’t practical! The liner comes in a nail polish looking plastic bottle. The handle for the brush is so small and awkward to use. I have some pretty small hands and even I find it hard to grasp and control. I think it has something to do with the pointed tip. You can’t really hold on to the tip so basically you can only hold on to half of the handle. If the handle was a cylinder all around from top to bottom, I think it would be easier to use. You also can’t wipe any excess product on the side of the lid either since it’s so far into the bottle.
All in all, I’m pretty please with the UD liners. They’d be perfect to me if Urban Decay were to address the whole packaging thing. The old packaging that they used seemed better, but I guess that was too boring.
